Less than a month until your fourth birthday...

Vanh, you are so courageous, you wouldn't let anyone help you steer

 and you got your face painted for the first time!

 Max, you are so brave, you sat up in a big truck and on a motorcycle.

You had zero interest in face painting. Vanh howled when we tried to put him in your jump seat for a quick photo.

 You both like your water blasters!

You were bullied by big(ger) kids at the park and you stood up for each other and yourselves wonderfully.   You spoke clearly and independently:  "Give that back!  It's mine!"  I don't need help!  Go away!"  "We don't want to play with you anymore!"  Max, you fell and scraped your knee, but didn't let me know because you wanted to keep playing.  Tough little boys...

 ...and really, getting old enough to decide for themselves what photos they want on the internet.  Sigh.
