For those wanting their own twins tested: We sent away for a twin testing kit from Orchard Cellmark.  The turnaround time from posting our samples (you wipe a q-tip inside the child's cheek to get a sample) to results in our mailbox was 9 business days.  The cost was $375 +tax.
